Clarification statement: misappropriating the identity of Ms. Zhou Wenxiu, an employee of the Group, to solicit business
The Group has recently received reports from customers that someone has stolen the identity of Ms. Zhou Wenxiu, an employee of the Group, and claimed to be an employee of the Futu Trading Department to solicit business.

I hereby solemnly declare that Ms. Zhou Wenxiu (SFC license number: AFZ996) is an employee of the Group and has no relationship with the Futu Trading Department. In view of this incident, it is suspected that someone took advantage of the goodwill of the Group and its employees to mislead the public for profit, and the Group is highly concerned. I hereby declare this in order to face the truth, and especially call on people from all walks of life to be vigilant and avoid being misled and incurring losses.
